Christmas update:

Any orders between Dec 24-29 will not be shipped until Dec 30. Thank you for your understanding.

Live with others? Worried the delivery person will give you the knowing eye? Rest assured that discretion is our top priority for you and you order.

 

Bank Statement:

Transactions through our website will appear on all banking platforms as a payment to "Sap Ltd" instead of Sapphoric.

 

Return Address:

By law, we are required to put a return address on all shipping lables. As with bank statements, the company name will show as "Sap Ltd" instead of Sapphoric.

 

Packaging:

All packaging is plain brown paper / cardboard with no company branding on the outside.

All packaging is responsibly sourced and fully recyclable, including the tape and shipping labels.

 

Delivery Cut Offs:

We send parcels out Monday-Friday and aim to process orders within 24 hours.

Please be aware that we are a small business who are not currently eligible for parcel collection from our location. We therefore have to process the order and get to the nearest post office ourselves. Whilst we strive to do this on the same day for orders placed before 2pm, it is not always possible. 

Orders placed after 2pm on a Friday will likely not be fulfilled until the following Monday.
